Patrick Gruczkun
Patrick is a behaviorist and certified trainer in the Beyond Conflict and Value Based Leadership methodologies. He has a number of further certificates in conflict management, intercultural cooperation and communication. Patrick has been working with training and process management since 2004. Clients have been companies, institutions and organizations within and outside Sweden. Organizational development, conflict management and intercultural cooperation are his specialties.
Syrene Hägelmark
Syrene is a certified trainer in the Beyond Conflict and The Human Element methodologies and has been working with various forms of process management and diversity issues since 1996, including as one of five national leadership trainers for the MOD (Translation: Diversity and Dialogue) - Sensus program in Adult Learning. Syrene has extensive experience both from organizations, businesses and government institutions. Diversity, organizational development, leadership and group processes are her specialties.
Martin Nihlgård
Martin Nihlgård has been working for many years in his own business as a lecturer, workshop leader and moderator. Martin has, for the last four years, been federal president of the Muslim study association Ibn Rush. There, he helped to build up the business from the ground to an organization that currently exist throughout the country with over 25 employees. Martin is basically a political scientist and educator. Organizational development, diversity, dialogue and leadership are his specialties.
